As part of our maintenance
contracts, we can offer a remote facility for Zetron
2100/2200 paging terminals. With this option, we can
remotely interrogate paging terminals and carry out
system checks, fault diagnosis, resets and updating.
This requires a suitable modem on your Zetron Terminal
with connection to a telephone line. Several of our
customers have this service and we use it to investigate
reported problems and generally keep watch on system
performance. This also allows us to give customers early
advice of possible system problems.
