Hospital Paging Systems
Are essentially Local Area Paging Networks with some additional interfacing to enable interoperation with the various systems installed in the Hospital environment. Sedgewall aim to provide special interfacing and voice paging requirements of the Hospital Paging market in the UK.

The basic paging system consists of a central control desk, transmitter and aerial, receivers and storage racks. Systems can work in UHF and VHF frequency bands. Control desks range from basic models to advanced units with facilities for talk back, talk through, and priority and emergency interrupt.
Where necessary, Hospital Paging Systems can be linked to provide coverage between a number of sites (perhaps within an individual trust for example), with accommodation of up to10, 000 receivers/ transceivers.
